Moment Parade Privacy Policy
DeLow Dynamics · Effective October 16, 2026
Moment Parade is an iPhone and iPad slideshow app provided by DeLow Dynamics. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Photos, videos, and saved shows
When you use Apple’s photo picker, the app receives the items you select. It imports those items for local playback. Saving a show creates app-owned copies of its media, along with the name, order, timing, and playback settings needed to replay it. The app does not upload your selected photos, videos, or slideshow names to DeLow Dynamics or provide them to Google AdMob. Your originals in Photos are not deleted or changed.
Older saved shows may require Photos permission to reopen their original media. You can manage Photos permissions in iOS Settings. App data may be included in device backups according to your Apple and device settings; Moment Parade does not operate its own cloud-storage service.
You can also export one pass through a show as a video and add it to your Photos library. Rendering takes place on your device, and the app requests add-only Photos permission for this action. Exported videos remain in Photos independently of saved shows in the app. Your Apple Photos and iCloud sync settings determine whether Apple syncs them to other devices. Moment Parade does not upload these videos to its own servers or Firestore.
Advertising and consent
The free version displays banner ads in the builder and occasional full-screen ads between shows. Ads do not interrupt slideshow playback. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob and its advertising partners.
Google’s advertising SDK may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app or device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash information, and performance or other diagnostic data. This information supports ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and service reliability. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing and may use device storage.
Moment Parade requests non-personalized ads and disables Google’s publisher first-party ID and vendor-identifier collection. Before initializing advertising, the app requests Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission when your choice has not yet been determined. Users with a verified Full Unlock are not asked for this advertising permission because ads are disabled. If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for advertising measurement across other companies’ apps and websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, or tracking is restricted by iOS, the advertising identifier is not available to the ad SDK. Non-personalized ads remain requested regardless of your answer. Declining tracking does not block slideshow features, saving, or export. You can view the Apple tracking-permission status and open iOS Settings from Moment Parade’s Settings screen. Apple may prevent the prompt from appearing when tracking requests are disabled or restricted on the device. Where applicable, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. Open Settings → Ad privacy choices in the app when that option is available to review or change those choices. Your choices and local requirements may affect which ads can be shown. You can continue using the slideshow features regardless of your consent choices.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s advertising information, and Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures for more information about Google’s processing and controls.
Privacy-consent service
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages regional privacy messages and records consent choices. Its SDK declares processing of approximate location, product interactions, and performance data for app functionality, including operating and maintaining the consent flow. These categories overlap with data processed by Google’s advertising SDK, which may use them for the advertising and analytics purposes described above. Consent choices do not send your selected photos, videos, or slideshow names to Google.
Full Unlock and Apple purchases
Full Unlock is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes all ads. There is no subscription. Apple processes payments. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to verify the purchase, restore access, and handle refunds or revocations. DeLow Dynamics does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may retain purchase records under its own policies.
After a verified unlock, the app stops requesting ads. This does not erase advertising data that Google previously received. After relaunch, the app checks purchase ownership before initializing advertising.
Information you send to support
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request and resolve problems. Please avoid sending private photos or videos unless they are necessary for your support request.
Retention and deletion
Saved shows remain in the app until you delete them or delete the app. Deleting a saved show removes its app-owned media copies without deleting the originals in Photos. Removing the app deletes its local data, subject to any backups you control. Temporary import files are removed when discarded or by the operating system’s temporary-storage cleanup.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond to and resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. Google and Apple determine retention for information they process under their own policies. Contact them through the privacy controls linked above for requests concerning their records.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose which media to import, manage Photos access in Settings, delete saved shows, remove the app, review available ad privacy choices, or purchase Full Unlock. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Contact us at the address below for requests relating to information we hold. We do not sell your selected photos or videos. Where advertising-related processing is treated as sale or sharing under local law, use the available ad privacy choices. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Children
Moment Parade is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through support requests. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Security, other services, and changes
The app uses iOS app storage and operating-system protections for saved media. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If you follow an advertisement or an external link, the destination’s privacy practices apply. This policy covers Moment Parade; the website hosting this page may have its own hosting, security, and cookie practices. We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
External links in Settings
Settings includes links to support, our apps collection, Instagram, and our legal pages. Opening a link takes you to an external service, which may receive ordinary web-request information such as your IP address and browser or device information. Its own privacy policy applies. Moment Parade does not attach your slideshow media or names to these links.
