Your places, kept private.

1What we collect

• Location — with your permission, the app uses your location to detect and log the places you visit. If you enable “Always” access, it can detect visits in the background.
• Visits & notes — the places, approximate coordinates, dates, and any notes you add.
• Photos — with permission, the app reads your photo library to suggest photos taken near a visit. Your photos stay on your device; only references are used.
• Account info (optional) — if you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive a user ID and email address to enable sync.

2Guest mode vs. an account

You can use the app as a guest, in which case your data stays only on your device. If you sign in, your visits and settings sync to Google Firebase (Firestore) so you can access them across devices. When you first sign in, you can merge your guest history into your account.

3Advertising & tracking

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. With your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, a device identifier may be used for personalized ads and measurement. You can decline and still use the app fully.

4Your choices & rights

You control location, photo, notification, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings. You can export your visit history, and deleting your account removes your synced data from our systems.

5Purchases

A one-time “Remove Ads” purchase is available and is handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

6Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
