By downloading or using Plate Picasso!, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Plate Picasso! on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.

3Your designs & novelty use

The designs you create are yours to enjoy, save, and share. Plate Picasso! is a creative, novelty app: the plate designs it produces are for personal and entertainment use only and are not official documents. They cannot be used as, or to replace, real license plates or any government-issued identification.

4Purchases

Plate Picasso! offers a one-time “Remove Ads” in-app purchase, processed by Apple and subject to the App Store’s terms. Apple handles any refunds.

5Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Don’t create or share designs that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringe others’ rights.

6Disclaimer & liability

Plate Picasso! is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delow Dynamics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7Changes & contact
