By downloading or using Noctra, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2Your account

Noctra requires an account (Apple or Google sign-in). Keep your account secure; you can request deletion at any time.

3License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Noctra on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.

4Dream insights are not professional advice

Noctra’s AI-generated interpretations and insights are provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.

5Your content

Your journal entries are yours. You grant us permission only to store, sync, and process them so the app can provide its features, including AI insights.

6Subscriptions

Noctra offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Payments are handled by Apple.

7Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others. Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its services.

8Disclaimer & liability

Noctra is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delow Dynamics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9Changes & contact
