By downloading or using Pawfect Shot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pawfect Shot on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.

3Your content

Any photos, videos, or recordings you create with Pawfect Shot are yours. They stay on your device, and you’re responsible for how you use and share them.

4Purchases

Pawfect Shot offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks premium features (removing ads and the watermark, all attention sounds, and custom recording). Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the App Store’s terms; Apple handles any refunds.

5Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and respect others’ rights. Don’t use it to create or share content that is illegal or violates someone else’s privacy.

6Disclaimer & liability

Pawfect Shot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delow Dynamics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7Changes & contact
