Pawfect Shot Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pawfect Shot (the “App”), provided by DeLow Dynamics (“DeLow Dynamics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Plain-English summary: Pawfect Shot is for personal use, purchases go through Apple, and we don’t collect your personal data. Please use sounds responsibly with pets.
1. About the App
Pawfect Shot is a pet selfie camera app created by DeLow Dynamics. The App is intended to help you capture photos and videos with your pets using optional sound cues and camera tools.
2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
- Personal, non-commercial use only unless we provide written permission.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted.
- Do not use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Purchases & Premium Features
Some features may be available through a one-time in-app purchase (for example, removing the watermark, removing ads, and unlocking sounds). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple’s terms and policies apply.
- Pricing may vary by region and may change in the future.
- To restore an eligible purchase, use Apple’s “Restore Purchases” flow (if available).
- We do not have access to your payment details. Billing is handled by Apple.
Note: “One-time purchase” means you’re purchasing access through Apple for your Apple ID, subject to Apple’s rules, device compatibility, and continued App Store availability.
4. Privacy & Data
We design Pawfect Shot to be privacy-forward. In general, we do not collect or store personal information. For details, review our Privacy Policy.
5. User Content
Photos and videos you capture are your content. The App may access your camera and photo library only with your permission, and content remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it using services you control.
6. Pet Safety & Responsible Use
Pawfect Shot includes optional attention sounds. Please use them thoughtfully and with your pet’s wellbeing in mind.
- Avoid excessive volume and repeated playback if your pet shows signs of stress.
- Use the App only in environments that are safe for you and your pet.
- You are responsible for supervising your pet and the surroundings while using the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, sounds, visual assets, and code, is owned by DeLow Dynamics and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeLow Dynamics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide notice in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
